Kailin (Lindy) Yang

R. Ac, R. TCMP, RSSW

Lindy offers acupuncture, herbal medicine, and counselling to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies. Her practice centers the mind–body connection and invites curiosity about how emotions are expressed in the body. For example, stress may lead to digestive system discomfort or neck and shoulder tension, while anxiety can contribute to difficulty sleeping. Lindy offers treatments to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Lindy works from an anti-oppressive approach that helps build understanding about how one’s circumstances and environment impact wellbeing. She offers space to explore what the body’s uncomfortable symptoms may be trying to express about what supports and changes could be helpful in one’s life.

Lindy is a registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, registered Acupuncturist, and registered Social Service Worker. Her education includes a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner diploma from Humber College, a Social Service Worker diploma from Mohawk College, and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia.
